Every podcast has an origin story, we're just not very good at talking about ours. But we'll give it a shot.
That would be Kayla and Elizabeth. These two nerds became friends over professionally done nail art. . Every few weeks, Elizabeth would pop in to get her nails done and as they spoke over her weird nail art ideas (poor Kayla has some stories at this point), their friendship bloomed.
Then imagine two years later, in the dead of winter and after Elizabeth has complained about how the weather has already tried to kill her twice, the idea of a podcast sparked.
Why not? They loved talking together and bouncing ideas. Even when they didn’t agree, they spoke to each other on a level of friendship that felt decades old. They were inspired to create a space to talk about inclusivity, their own struggles and triumphs, and bring awareness in their not-so-little little town of Fargo. You know, the one from the movie? (Don’t bring it up to Elizabeth. She has a word or two to say about the accent.)
Now these two nerds spend every other weekend cooped up in a little room, laughing over hot dish, and producing a podcast that comes out that following Thursday. They’re excited to grow together.
And still gush about weird nail art ideas.

Kayla and Elizabeth have their fingers in many pies (mmm pie) and spend way too much time hyping each other up over doing general adulting tasks. Kayla
The most trailblazing tater tot known to man. She’s a woman who runs her own business, uplifts all who know her, and puts up with Elizabeth and her shenanigans (even when Liz makes fun of her fave self-help coaches).

Elizabeth
She’s a trash CAN not trash CAN’T and has admitted to being at least 5 coping mechanisms in a trench coat to her therapist more than once. And she’s the one writing this website, so of course she’s talking herself up like she’s the shit.
